1. Processing & "Ready to Ship" Timeline
Most of our collection is Ready to Ship from our local inventory.
Standard Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days. Some local Deliveries can be shipped with 24 hours.
Custom Tailoring: For customized Indian wedding mens wear or specific sizing, please connect with us directly.
You will receive a notification if there are any delays during peak festive seasons like Diwali, Eid, or Vaisakhi.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable shipping across North America. We use trusted carriers like Canada Post, UPS, purolator, GLS Canada and FedEx to ensure your traditional Indian clothing arrives safely.
GTA & Ontario Local Express =1-2 Business Days
Quebec = 1-2 Business Day.
Rest of Canada Standard Shipping 3–5 Business Days
United States Tracked Packet 3-7 Business Days

Duties & Customs (International Shipping)
For our customers buying Indian clothes online in the USA or overseas:
Canada: No customs duties (we ship locally!).
USA & International: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Kurtapyjama.ca is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping will be done within 24hours if the products are in stock. Some products may appear in stock, but live inventory may not be same. Our customer service will update as soon as we see the order online.
Return is accepted (the product should not be used and should be in resaleable condition) but the shipping has to be bear by the customer. The store credit will only be valid on the product and not the shipping cost.
